Small actions
create big changes.
Draw one card each morning. Complete a focused action in 5–15 minutes. Six dimensions of growth. One deck that compounds.

A ritual, not a reading list.
Most self-improvement content gets saved and forgotten. This deck sits on your desk. You touch it every morning. One card. One action. Done.
Start with 50 cards spanning six dimensions of your life. The random order means you never skip the hard ones.
Each morning, pull a card from the draw pile. Every card has a specific action, a time limit, and a clear benefit.
5 to 15 minutes. Box breathing. 100 pushups. A letter to your future self. Concrete, not theoretical.
Improving 1% each day leads to exponential growth over time. Small, consistent actions produce outsized results.

Wild Cards shake things up — double the duration, repeat a favorite, or draw three and do the one you want to do least. Principle Cards give you permission to skip a day. If you draw both Principle Cards back to back, the universe is telling you to take a break.
Grow on every axis.
One-dimensional people burn out. The deck deliberately pulls you across six areas so no single part of your life becomes the whole story.
Sharpen how you think, learn, and process the world.
Build focus, endurance, emotional resilience, and clarity.
Move, breathe, sleep, and strengthen the substrate of everything else.
Organize your time, space, and systems for better execution.
Ground yourself in meaning, values, gratitude, and purpose.

Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Real cards. Real actions.
Every card gives you a specific action, a time box, and the “1% Better” reason it works. No vague advice.

Improving just 1% each day leads to exponential growth over time.
The graph below the surface is an exponential curve — it starts flat, then shoots upward. That's what small, consistent actions produce: outsized results.

Questions, answered.
How many cards are in the deck?+
50 cards total. 42 action cards across six categories (Intellectual, Mental, Physical, Practical, Social, Spiritual — 7 each), plus 6 Wild Cards and 2 Principle Cards.
How long does each card take?+
Every card has a built-in time box — from 3 minutes (Box Breathing Reset) to 15 minutes (Pushup Madness). Most cards land around 5–10 minutes. Short enough to never skip, long enough to matter.
What are Wild Cards?+
Wild Cards change the rules. One doubles the duration of your next card. Another makes you repeat your favorite completed card. The toughest one: draw 3 cards, do the one you want to do least. Be honest.
What are Principle Cards?+
Permission to rest. Draw a Principle Card and you skip the day — discard and draw again tomorrow. If you draw both Principle Cards back to back, the deck is telling you to take a break.
Do I need to do the cards in order?+
No. Shuffle the deck. The random mix across categories is the point — you don't get to optimize just one slice of your life.
What happens after I've done all 50 cards?+
Reshuffle. The actions hit differently the second time through because you've changed. The reps compound.
Is this religious?+
The Spiritual category includes cards like Gratitude Trio and Serve First alongside scripture-based cards like Galatians 6:9. It's grounded in purpose, values, and meaning — use what resonates.
How is this different from an app?+
It's physical. No feed. No push notifications. No streaks to gamify. The card sits on your desk until you do the thing. You can't swipe it away.
